A story of family and sharing

Odette was the grandmother of Céline Falco, born Albar, a family of hoteliers who own the Maison Albar Hotels collection. In 2016, Céline Falco paid tribute to her by giving the Pont-Neuf's restaurant her name.

Chef Rémi Hénaux joined the adventure right from the start, breathing life into this generous restaurant. He continues Odette's tradition: a bistronomic restaurant where warm hospitality is a treasured legacy.
