Odette is a family story, that of the Albar family, whose restaurant bears the name of the 2nd. Today, chef Rémi Hénaux is responsible for the culinary identity of this bistronomic restaurant and affirms his high standards through precise, masterful and gourmet dishes, where every detail reflects the spirit of Odette.
2016, the birth of a bistronomic address
The restaurant is named after Odette Albar, 2nd of the hotelier family and grandmother of Céline Falco, née Albar. Since 2016, this restaurant located in the vibrant 1st arrondissement of Paris has been reinventing Parisian hospitality by offering a gourmet and convivial experience in the heart of the capital, like a true Parisian establishment.
Rémi Hénaux, a personal, contemporary and sincere cuisine
At the helm since the restaurant opened, Rémi Hénaux has created his first menu as head chef at Odette, after five years as sous-chef at Michelin-starred restaurants (La Grande Cascade, Le Doyen). He freely expresses his vision through precise, masterful menus, offering a personal, warm and sincere cuisine that reflects the spirit of the place.
